Project Summery
This project involved designing and installing a custom balcony grill for a residential property in Karachi. The client wanted a grill that provided strong safety and security while also adding an elegant, modern look to the balcony’s exterior. Before starting the work, our team visited the site to understand the space, discuss design preferences, and take accurate measurements to ensure a perfect fit.
We proposed a design that balanced functionality with aesthetics, keeping in mind both the client’s budget and the architectural style of the building. Once the design was finalized and approved, we moved forward with material selection and fabrication planning.
The grill was fabricated using high-quality iron, chosen for its strength and long-term durability. Every joint was carefully welded to ensure maximum stability, and special attention was given to smoothing out sharp edges for both safety and a clean finished look. After fabrication, the grill was coated with a protective layer to resist rust, moisture, and weather damage over time.
Installation was carried out with precision, ensuring the grill was properly aligned and securely fixed in place. Our team also conducted a final quality check to confirm everything met our standards before considering the project complete, leaving the client with a durable and visually appealing addition to their home.
Project Challenges
One of the main challenges we faced during this project was working around the balcony’s existing structure without causing any damage to the surrounding walls or flooring.
